Land clearing runs from cutting down the trees all the way to a finish grade and hydroseeding. Whether it is total clearing of brush, trees and stumps or selectively leaving the larger trees, we work to your requirements and goals.
We do not stop at tree work.
Land clearing usually means a larger-scale project: lot clearing for a new build, opening up a wooded property or simply expanding a usable yard. We remove the trees, brush and stumps, then grade the soil at a rough level so topsoil, seed or sod can go in.
We work closely with a number of local companies so grading, hauling and finish work happen in a timely, cost-effective sequence.
Permits and plot plans handled for you.
Most clearing jobs need to be scheduled well in advance because of permits and plot plans. We handle that paperwork, which eliminates the hassle for our customers and keeps the project moving.
One customer bought a house with an overgrown, poison-oak-covered backyard hiding mounds of stone, ditches and old dumping. It is now a safe, level lot where the family and dogs spend their time. That is the kind of transformation we are after.

Land Clearing questions before you call
Can you leave the large trees and just clear the understory?
Yes. Selective clearing that keeps mature specimen trees while removing brush, saplings and unhealthy trees is one of our most common requests.
How far ahead should I book a clearing job?
Several weeks at minimum. Permits and plot plans take time, and we schedule the equipment and partner companies around them.
