Open 24 hours for emergencies
A tree on the house? We can be there fast, and we will not gouge you for it.
No one can predict storm damage, but knowing who to call matters. We have a different outlook than most on emergency work: get you out of the emergency now at an emergency rate, then come back after the storm to finish the cleanup at our normal rate.
Emergency now, cleanup later, at a fair price for both.
If a tree falls on your house, we charge an emergency rate to get it off the structure, leave the debris on the lawn and move on to the next emergency. After the storm passes, we return to clean up at our normal rate. We are in business to make a profit, not to rip people off when they are at their most vulnerable.
Rates do go up during a storm because of the danger and demand, but after we evaluate the damage you will be given clear pricing options before anything happens.
Know what your insurance covers before you need it.
More often than not an insurance policy only covers tree damage up to a set amount, and it usually is not enough. Preexisting conditions such as dead trees are generally not covered at all, because preventative maintenance is the homeowner's responsibility.
If you have a questionable tree, ask your carrier to document it now. Regular maintenance and deadwooding are the surest way to avoid a financial snafu after a storm. When the worst happens anyway, we will do everything to make a bad situation easier for you and your wallet.
